I use your data to:
- provide guidance and quotations for services
- carry out services
- meet my obligations to HMRC (the UK tax authority)
I do not use data to send marketing communications, but I may get in touch with past clients to see how their writing projects are going. If a client provides a testimonial, I use that in marketing materials. Unless a client requests otherwise, I may list their project in my portfolio of work.
Many of my clients work with me over the long term. Therefore, unless you request otherwise, I will keep your data for reference in the event that you wish to work with me in the future.
The only parties with which I may potentially share data are:
- Other employees of Landmark Editorial Ltd
- HMRC, in the event that my accounts are audited
I will not share your data with any other party without your written permission.
6. Questions and updates
You may review the information I keep about you at any time to ensure that it is relevant, correct and up to date.
You may request that I amend your information – or delete it entirely. Please note that HMRC requires me to keep financial records for six years from the end of the last company financial year to which they relate, but I will delete any other data as required.
