I use your data to:

I do not use data to send marketing communications, but I may get in touch with past clients to see how their writing projects are going. If a client provides a testimonial, I use that in marketing materials. Unless a client requests otherwise, I may include their project in my portfolio of work.

I store emails in my password-protected email account with GSuite. I store files in my password-protected Livedrive account and on my private computer.

You may review the information I keep about you at any time to ensure that it is relevant, correct and up to date.

You may request that I amend your information – or delete it entirely. Please note that HMRC requires me to keep financial records for six years from the end of the last company financial year to which they relate, but I will delete any other data as required.

Please get in touch if you have any questions.
